Tao Xiaoying(Cherry Tao)Director
Director Tao Xiaoying has been engaged in dance education for more than 30 years. In 1992, she founded the Beijing Little Peacock Art Troupe, which has cultivated a batch of moral, intellectual, dance and beauty artistic talents. She has won the first prize and the choreographer award in the professional competition of Chinese off-campus dance education for many times. At the same time, she also participated in the dance choreography of CCTV Spring Festival dance party, the same song, the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the turn of the century in 2000, the return of Hong Kong, the Chinese situation and other large-scale variety shows.
In 2003, Tao Xiaoying founded the Vancouver Branch of Beijing Little Peacock Art Troupe in Vancouver. In order to better adapt to local teaching, the company changed its name and registered Motion Artistry™ Ltd in 2005, continuing the mission of cultivating high-quality dance talents. In order to give the students of the Academy a broader stage of performance and rich performance experience, in addition to participating in local dance competitions in Vancouver and local public welfare performances, Tao Xiaoying founded the brand Vancouver Spring Show ™ in 2010, based on the dance report performance of the students of the academy, but also integrated other performance forms. As the founder and chief director, with a commitment to excellence and originality, Director Tao has worked closely with a number of master choreographers, artistic directors and music directors at home and abroad to increase the scale of Vancouver Spring Show™ every year, and is now a well-known annual show in Vancouver. Robert Kitsos (Art Director)
Bachelor of Theatre, Master of Dance, joined Simon Fraser University School of Contemporary Art in 2004 as a professor to this day, is an acclaimed dancer, choreographer, performance artist and choreographer who has appeared with dance companies in the United States, Asia and Europe. He has performed at international festivals in Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Venezuela and Hong Kong. In addition to his own work as an independent choreographer and performer, Rob is a member of more than 15 performing companies and artists, covering a variety of styles from mime to hip hop to ballet. As a choreographer, Rob has created more than 100 original works, many of which include collaborations with artists from various disciplines. Rob choreographed many of his own soundtracks and video projections for his dances. Recently, Rob was commissioned by Tanz&Kunst Productions to produce in Baden Switzerland with Brigitta Luisa Merki (flamenco, hip hop and contemporary dance artist) for a full evening work.
Chen Gang (Art Director)
Professor of Central Academy of Drama, doctoral supervisor, drama and film director, director of China Folk Artists Association, director of Beijing Film Association. He has won the first Innovation Award of the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, Cao Yu Drama Director Award, and Huo Yingdong Outstanding Young Teacher Award. He was awarded the first prize of Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement three times, and his film won the Golden Rooster Award for Best Children's Film Nomination, the Golden Angel Award for Best Children's Film at the Sino-American Film Festival, the Best Comedy Award at the China Film Festival in Paris and the Best Youth Film Award at the European Vientiane International Chinese Film Festival.
He has directed plays, directed evenings and held performance studios in Japan, Singapore, Greece, Colombia, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Bian Liunian (Music Director)
People from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. National first-class composer, Erhu performer. Art Director of China Oriental Performing Arts Group, Vice Chairman of China Mass Music Association.
As a pioneer of China's new folk music movement and one of the leading figures in Chinese pop music, Bian Liunian has undertaken the music creation tasks of many major national events, such as: in 2008 Beijing "29th Olympic Games" as the closing ceremony music design; 2010 Guangzhou "16th Asian Games" as the opening and closing ceremony music design; In 2014, he served as the music director of the opening and Closing ceremonies of the Second Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing. The 21st and 26th World University Games as the general music design; From 2001 to 2013, he was the music chief producer and director of four "National Games", and participated in and acted as the music chief producer, coordinator and music director of "CCTV Spring Festival Gala" for 22 consecutive years.
Xie Tianji (Music Segment Producer)
Famous composer, piano teacher, musicologist. In 1962, he entered the Affiliated Middle School of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 1978, the first Chinese Academy of Arts master. In 1983, He served as assistant to the dean of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. In 1986, he went to the University of Illinois for doctoral study. In 1989, he formed a jazz band with Bill Colangelo in New York City and won first place in the National Jazz Competition. In 2004, he created an oratorio (Yang Guifei) (Love Poems), which was staged in the Queen's Small Theatre. In 2005, at the invitation of the Central Conservatory of Music, he participated in the International Academic Dialogue and delivered a speech (on Hemiola-- Rhythmic Forms of African Music and Jazz). In 2006 and 2010, he went to the University of Granada in Spain twice and published (Exploration of Chinese Piano National Style) and (Study of Fa and Si in Chinese scales). In 2007, at the invitation of Cambridge University, he published his piano composition (Rhapsody No. 1). In 2014, he collaborated with Love again and delivered a symphony chorus at the Empress Theatre (Dream is a Lamp). President of the Driftwood Artists Association.
Qin Hongyu (Music Segment Producer)

Joel Hanna (Executive Director)
Dancer, choreographer. The creators and lead dancers of River Dance. With many years of experience on stage, Joel combines his excellent tap dance skills with musical theatre, modern dance and martial arts to present a unique performance style. Joel Hanna has led dance Tours to more than 30 countries in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. At the same time, he was involved in the writing and post-production of each show. His rich experience in stage performance and behind-the-scenes guidance has played an important role in the "Vancouver Spring Show” performance for nearly four consecutive years.
